LEAVE IN STYLE

The port at Terminal V

With a sleek, modern design that blends into the surrounding cityscape, Terminal V is a sparkling facility that makes boarding a breeze.

Terminal V is located at 718 N. Cruise Blvd, Miami, FL 33132.
Perched on the Port of Miami’s northwest side, its impressive 100,000-square-foot space is large enough to accommodate efficient boarding for all our Sailors, with separate areas for luggage drop-off.

Before you arrive for check-in

Download our app + get ready to sail

If you haven't yet, be sure to log in to the Sailor app and fill out the "Ready to Sail" questions. Once that’s done, you'll be able to make your way through the terminal in a few easy steps.

Pick your arrival time

In the Sailor app, select an arrival time slot so we know when to welcome you with open arms. (To avoid wait times, we advise you not to arrive before your scheduled time.)

Get your documents in order

We’re not big on formalities, but the authorities that govern international travel are. Please make sure that the passport you bring is valid for 6 months after the date of your voyage. (Who doesn’t love a stamp?)

*Some fine print: We only accept government-issued passports as valid ID. Depending on your country of citizenship, certain ports may also require a visa for entry; due to ever-shifting requirements, we recommend checking the website of the embassy/consulate of the places you’ll be visiting for the most up-to-date visa rules.

GETTING ON BOARD

The check-in process

Here’s how things will go on the day your voyage begins. You’ve already got your terminal-arrival time, thanks to our handy Sailor app; the rest of the process is equally smooth, if we do say so ourselves.

Unburden Yourself
Luggage drop-off begins at 9am, so you can leave your bags with us and explore Miami until your scheduled embarkation time.

Check In
Head to your entrance at Terminal V—either the RockStar entrance at Palm Way, or the Ahoy Sailor entrance—at your scheduled terminal-arrival time.

Get Your Wearable & Relax
At check-in, we’ll give you a wearable band that acts as your room key, onboard payment system, and more. Then you’ll pass a quick security screening and then relax until boarding.

Make yourself at home

If you’re catching a car to Terminal V, we’ve got several drop-off points where porters are waiting eagerly to help grab and tag your luggage (we’ll provide the tag when you arrive). Drop your things with us starting at 9am on the morning of your voyage—then explore Miami until it's time to board.

RED CARPET TREATMENT

RockStar Entrance at Palm Way

RockStar Sailors take the private entrance on the north side of Terminal V. Check in anytime after 1pm, then enjoy refreshments and WiFi in the RockStar Lounge as you wait to board.

HI-TECH, LO-STRESS

Customs & border protection

We know you’re in a hurry to get home and start sharing about your dreamy vacay. Our facial recognition system works wonders to speed up the customs process as you disembark. (Have your passport handy, just in case.)

Things to know before you go

Whether it’s to build excitement before your voyage or to keep the good energy going once you’ve disembarked, exploring the city of Miami is always a good idea. Here are some tips for navigating the Magic City.

FLYING HIGH

Airports

Terminal V is accessible from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale International Airports — we even have Crew members waiting near baggage terminals at MIA to assist our Sailors there. You can take a taxi, use a rideshare app, or grab a shuttle from either airport to the port.

Hotels

We partner with the below hotels to give you an exceptional experience before you ever set foot on board. When you book with us, you’re guaranteed a certain room tier — or even, sometimes, an upgrade.

GETTING AROUND

Transportation to Terminal V

The most popular form of transit in Miami is a car or rideshare service (Lyft, Uber, InDrive, taxis, or private cars are all available.) There’s also a free trolley run by the City of Miami with service to the port.
