What are the benefits of signing up for a Virgin Voyages account?
A Virgin Voyages account provides total access to your booking details and will keep you up to date on the latest news and announcements. To stay on top of all your details, simply log in to make payments, book add-ons and experiences and complete your "Ready to Sail" details before your trip.
How can I add a booking to my account?
If you create an account during the booking process, your booking will automatically be added to that account.
If you choose not to create an account during the booking process but want to create one later and add your booking, make sure to use the same exact first name, last name and email used during your booking. If this information is entered correctly, your booking will automatically populate in your account.

When can I make reservations for dining, spa, entertainment, and tattoos?
Sailors will have the ability to book dining experiences directly from our Virgin Voyages app, via My Account on VirginVoyages.com, or with Sailor Services starting 45 days before departure, and our Sailors booked in RockStar and Mega RockStar Quarters will have the ability to book starting 60 days before.
Our other onboard experiences such as spa, entertainment, and tattoos will be available to book once you’re on board. In the meantime, you can start planning your voyage by checking out our entertainment lineup in our Virgin Voyages app, and we will let booked Sailors know when pre-voyage bookings open up.

How do I connect my booking on the app?
After logging into the Virgin Voyages App, you will be brought to a page where you can tap on, “Connect a booking.” From here, you will be able to input your details to connect your booking to the app.
Why can't I log into the Virgin Voyages app if I already have a web account?
Your web account and app accounts use the same system, so only one sign-up is needed. If you're having trouble logging in, try the following steps:
- Use the Booking Reference option to sign in on the app.
- Try signing up again using your email or a social media login, then claim your booking.
Why can’t I access my reservation even though I’m logged in?
If you’re logged in but don’t see your reservation, it’s possible your booking is linked to a different email than the one you used to sign up. This can happen if:
- A different email was used when booking your voyage
- There was a typo in your email during registration
- You signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook, which may have created a separate account
How do I claim my booking in my account?
You can claim your booking on the Web or the Virgin Voyages App. If you don’t see your reservation in your account, follow these steps to connect your booking via My Account on the web:
- Swim over to VirginVoyages.com.
- Click on the account icon (it looks like a person with a suitcase) at the top of the page.
- In the drop-down menu, select “Sign in to your account.”
- Sign in using your personal email address (preferably the one used for your booking, but it’s not required to connect a booking).
- After signing in, you’ll land on your account information page—click “Connect a booking.”
- Enter your last name, booking number, and date of birth, then submit.
How do I make sure I'm using the latest version of the Virgin Voyages Sailor App?
Open your device’s App Store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS) and search for “Virgin Voyages.” If an “Update” button appears, tap it to install the most recent version. If you see “Open,” you have the latest version.
I can't log into the Sailor App. What should I do?
First, double-check that you are using the correct login credentials (email and password). If you still can’t log in, try these steps:
- Log in with your Booking Number: You will need your Booking Number, Last Name on the booking, Date of Birth, and the Voyage Date.
- Test Login on the Website: If you’re having trouble with the app, try logging in at www.VirginVoyages.com. If you’re having trouble with the website, try the app. If the login works on one but not the other, double-check your credentials.
- Clear Cookies and Temporary Files: Clearing these on your browser or within the app settings may resolve login issues.
What information do I need to log in with my Booking Number?
You will need your Booking Number, Last Name on the booking, Date of Birth, and the Voyage Date you’re trying to access in order to log in with your booking number.
I can log in on the website but not the app (or vice versa). What should I do?
First, ensure you’re using the same login credentials for both the website and the app. If so, try clearing the cookies and temporary files on the platform where you’re experiencing issues.

Try resetting your password. You should receive a password reset email with detailed instructions.

Do I need to create a separate account for the app and the website?
No. Your login credentials are the same for both the Virgin Voyages Sailor App and the www.VirginVoyages.com website. If you don't have an account, you can create one on the website and then use those credentials in the app.
How do I clear cookies or cache on the Sailor App?
On your device, go to Settings, select Apps, and choose the Virgin Voyages app. Then, tap Storage & Cache, select Clear Cache, and if necessary, tap Clear Data (note: this may reset app settings and log you out).
How do I clear cookies on the Virgin Voyages website?
Open your browser settings, navigate to “Privacy & Security”, and select “Clear Browsing Data” or “Cookies” and “Site Data”. Choose the time range, check the cookies option, and confirm the action.
What should I do if I think I have multiple accounts?
