1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer. Eligible voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor.

1.1. Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller. Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide each Sailor in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins) a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fare. For example, when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin, both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will each receive a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fares. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their voyage fare.

2. Eligible Voyages. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 01 April 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 28 May 2026. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins. Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”70% Off 2nd Sailor” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins.

3.2. Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer.

3.3. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Instant Savings” offer. Eligible voyages listed in Section 2 will receive an “Instant Savings” amount that varies by voyage length and cabin category.

1.1. Instant Savings. Under the “Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.1) an up to $1,000 pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. 2. Eligibility/Caveats/Exclusions.

2.1. Virgin Voyages will provide promotional onboard credit (or “Sailor Loot” in our marketing voice) of up to $300 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased for an Eligible Voyage (as described in section 2.3 below) in an Eligible Cabin (as described in Section 2.4 below) between 12:00:01 a.m. local U.S. east coast time on 01 April 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. local U.S. east coast time on 07 April 2026. When booking, the offer will automatically apply to an Eligible Voyage reservation.

2.2. Promotional Sailor Loot Amounts.

2.2.1. $50 USD per cabin for Sea Terrace Meta cabins, and $300 USD per cabin for Rockstar Quarters Suite Meta cabins.

2.2.2. Any unused Sailor Loot is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable to the Sailor at the end of the Eligible Voyage. The Sailor Loot is not transferable to another Sailor or voyage.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. The April Promotional Sailor Loot Offer applies to all 2026 and 2027 open-for-sale voyages sailing to and from the port of Los Angeles. Chartered sailings are ineligible.

2.4. Eligible Cabins. This offer applies only to the following cabin categories:

2. Eligibility/Caveats.

2.1. Virgin Voyages will provide a Promotional Bar Tab Credit of up to $550 USD per Eligible Cabin (as described in Section 2.2 below) on all new Virgin Voyages bookings purchased for an Eligible Voyage (as described in Section 2.3 below) between 12:00:01 a.m. local U.S. eastern time on 1 April 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. local U.S. eastern time on 28 May 2026. This Offer will be automatically applied to the reservation based on eligibility and is only eligible for bookings that book in British Pound Sterling or Euro.

The Offer must be accepted as-is and cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. All applicable charges incurred (including any applicable taxes) will be applied against the promotional Bar Tab credit. If the full value of the promotional Bar Tab is not redeemed during the relevant Eligible Voyage, the recipient will forego any unused balance at the end of the Eligible Voyage.

These terms and conditions outline the Exclusive Sailing Club Offer - New 2027 and 2028 Brilliant Voyages (hereafter “Exclusive Sailing Club Offer”) for existing members of the Virgin Voyages Sailing Club who have previously sailed onboard a Virgin Voyages ship at least one (1) time on a full-fare voyage (hereafter, “Existing Sailing Club Member”).

2. Eligibility/Caveats.

2.1. Eligible Booking Window. This Exclusive Sailing Club Offer is eligible for bookings on an Eligible Voyage(s) (as described in section 3 below) purchased between 12:01 a.m. local U.S. east coast time on 19 March 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S. east coast time on 02 April 2026 for Existing Sailing Club Members.

2.2. This Exclusive Sailing Club Offer will be for a USD $100 per cabin promotional Bar Tab when booked on a new booking during the eligible booking window as provided in section 2.1. At the time of booking, the Existing Sailing Club Member must enter their unique Access Key during checkout or call into Sailor Services to validate the Existing Sailing Club Member’s loyalty status to receive the offer.

2.3. This Exclusive Sailing Club Offer may be combined with the 80% off Second Sailor + up to $300 in Free Drinks promotional offer, as well as our Pay In Full, My Next Virgin Voyage, Tour Operators, Wedding, and Circles/Groups Programs. This promotional Bar Tab may also be combined with the promotional Bar Tab that a qualified Sailor receives as part of the Sailing Club. At our discretion we may offer a GTY Booking at our “Lock It In” rate. This means you may book a cabin of a guaranteed minimum category type at a reduced rate, i.e., our “Lock It In” rate. This is separate from our “Oversell Guarantee,” in which we guarantee you the cabin/suite you book, unless we oversell, in which case you may be upgraded at no additional cost.

The benefits to you of a “Lock It In” GTY Booking are that, after your booking has been confirmed:

• We may (at our discretion) upgrade your cabin to one of a superior Category or superior MetaCategory to that originally booked at no extra charge to you.
• You are ‘guaranteed’ the minimum Category of cabin we agreed to offer at the time of booking (your “Lock It In” rate category). 
• The cabin we allocate will be suitable for the number of Guests occupying it.  
• You will be able to book your dining beginning 15 days before your sailing.
• You will receive our basic WiFi onboard.

We categorize cabins in “MetaCategories,” then “Categories” of cabins. Those MetaCategories and Categories are listed in decreasing precedence (that is, the lowest precedence is at bottom):

In exchange for the reduced price and chance for upgrade, there are restrictions imposed:

• Once your cabin has been allocated to you as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you or your Travel Agent.  
• Your ability to change cruises is affected: you are restricted from changing your cruise date, and you will not get a future voyage credit if you do.
• You may not know your cabin number until your Sail Date. This is because we may assign your cabin up to (and including) the day you actually sail. 

By way of example, if you book a “Sea Terrace” cabin as a Lock It In GTY Booking, that is, the “Sea Terrace Lock It In Rate,” you (1) will pay a lower price than you would otherwise for a Sea Terrace Cabin, and (2) you may be upgraded to a “XL Sea Terrace” or an even higher category. However, (3) you are locked-in to that cruise date such that you will not get a refund or a future voyage credit if you cancel (to say it another way, money spent on GTY Bookings is non-refundable as Lock it in rate bookings do not qualify for the standard 7-day grace period), (4) you may not know your cabin until you check in on your sail date, and (5) you may not be permitted to change your Cabin once it is assigned.

Unless otherwise stated, our normal Booking Policies apply, see https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions; in particular the “Booking Policies,” “Payment,” “Cancellation Policy” sections.

If you have a specific requirement regarding your cabin, or cabin location, or are travelling with family or friends you want to be near, then we suggest you do not book as a “Lock It In” GTY booking. At times, we may extend other promotional guaranteed booking offers. Suite layouts and benefits vary by category. If you book two or more cruises to be taken back to back and either one or all the cruises are booked as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking there is the possibility that you will be allocated different cabins/suites on each cruise, therefore requiring a move between cabins/suites on the  changeover day between your back to back cruises.

All arrangements made by Virgin Voyages for Guests (or “Sailors” in our brand voice) or by Guests through Virgin Voyages for Add-Ons, are made solely for the Sailor’s convenience.   

1. Commission for First Mates.

Add-ons are commissionable in accord with Virgin Voyages commission policy.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Purchases may be made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to sailing for all Add-ons excluding any packages that include Flowers. Flower package purchases must be made no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to sailing. You may cancel and change up to forty-eight (48) hours (seventy-two (72) hours for flower packages) prior to a voyage to get a full refund. Cancellations will not be accepted after forty-eight (48) hours, or seventy-two (72) hours for flower packages, prior to sailing.

3. Customs & Agriculture Declarations.

Guests are advised that any Add-on items, e.g., flowers and chocolates, being brought off the ship must be declared to customs and agriculture officials. You acknowledge that Virgin Voyages is not responsible for, and you agree to waive any liability towards Virgin Voyages as related to, carrying flowers, chocolates, or any Add-on items off the ship.
