1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “PerkSpot Employee Discount Program” Offer. Virgin Voyages is offering reduced voyage fares on our “Lock-It-in Rates” on select 2024 and 2025 voyages. The offer will provide the purchaser with a Voyage Fare rate of $100 USD per person per night plus any applicable taxes and fees, when booking our Lock-It-In Sea Terrace Cabin.
The discounted Voyage Fare is applicable to select sailings on select vessels based on available inventory. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded.
2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased between 12:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 26 November 2024 through 11:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 31 December 2024.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The “PerkSpot Employee Discount Program” Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible cabins for the “PerkSpot Employee Discount Program” Offer are the Lock-It-In Sea Terrace only, as detailed in Section 1.
3.2. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter a unique Access Key during checkout to receive the offer. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements.
3.3. This Offer is only applicable when there are a minimum of two Sailors in the cabin. All sailors will be charged per Sailor Cabin Rates (as detailed in Section 1). The rate does not include taxes and fees associated with the booking. These will need to be satisfied at time of booking.
3.4. This Offer is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or credits; including but not limited to: Wave 2025, My Next Virgin Voyage, Resident Rate, Fleet Summer Season Pass Offer, Casino Rates, Interline Rates, Circles program, Promotional Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers.
3.5. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced Voyage Fare, after the PerkSpot x Virgin Voyages Offer is applied.
