Eligible voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor, plus an “Instant Savings” in varying amounts depending on the voyage length and cabin category; see the “Instant Savings” section below.

1.1. Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller. Under the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 37.5% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1. for eligible cabins). Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 37.5% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.

1.2. Instant Savings. Under the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.2.) a pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. This pre-set amount will be divided between the total number of sailors within the booking. Pre-set amounts are as follows below:

2. Eligible Voyages.

• Eligible Bookings starting January 31 2025.
  • Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 31 January 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 13 February 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages departing through 22 October 2026.
  • Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 14 February 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 27 February 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages departing through 12 April 2027.

  • Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 28 February 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 27 March 2025. 3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "Wave 2025” offers are subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins, Percentage Off: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”Wave 2025” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

3.2. Eligible Cabins, Bar Tab: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Bar Tab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories.

3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “Wave 2025” Offer.

1. Offer Details. Virgin Voyages is offering reduced voyage fares on our “Lock-It-In Rates” on select voyages dependent on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed.

2. Caveats/Exclusions.

2.1. This Offer is not combinable with our Casino Rates, Interline Rates, Affinity Circles program, Promotional Net Rates, heavily reduced voyage fare discount offers, or any other previous offers. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) and contractual Circles are also excluded.

2.2. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced Voyage Fare, after the Sail and Save Blitz Offer is applied.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.

At our discretion we may offer a GTY Booking at our “Lock It In” rate. This means you may book a cabin of a guaranteed minimum category type at a reduced rate, i.e., our “Lock It In” rate. This is separate from our “Oversell Guarantee,” in which we guarantee you the cabin/suite you book, unless we oversell, in which case you may be upgraded at no additional cost.

The benefits to you of a “Lock It In” GTY Booking are that, after your booking has been confirmed:

• We may (at our discretion) upgrade your cabin to one of a superior Category or superior MetaCategory to that originally booked at no extra charge to you.
• You are ‘guaranteed’ the minimum Category of cabin we agreed to offer at the time of booking (your “Lock It In” rate category). 
• The cabin we allocate will be suitable for the number of Guests occupying it.  

We categorize cabins in “MetaCategories,” then “Categories” of cabins. Those MetaCategories and Categories are listed in decreasing precedence (that is, the lowest precedence is at bottom):

In exchange for the reduced price and chance for upgrade, there are restrictions imposed:

• Once your cabin has been allocated to you as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you or your Travel Agent.  
• Your ability to change cruises is affected: you are restricted from changing your cruise date, and you will not get a future voyage credit if you do.
• You may not know your cabin number until your Sail Date. This is because we may assign your cabin up to (and including) the day you actually sail. 

By way of example, if you book a “Sea Terrace” cabin as a Lock It In GTY Booking, that is, the “Sea Terrace Lock It In Rate,” you (1) will pay a lower price than you would otherwise for a Sea Terrace Cabin, and (2) you may be upgraded to a “XL Sea Terrace” or an even higher category. However, (3) you are locked-in to that cruise date such that you will not get a refund or a future voyage credit if you cancel (to say it another way, money spent on GTY Bookings is non-refundable as Lock it in rate bookings do not qualify for the standard 7-day grace period), (4) you may not know your cabin until you check in on your sail date, and (5) you may not be permitted to change your Cabin once it is assigned.

Unless otherwise stated, our normal Booking Policies apply, see https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions; in particular the “Booking Policies,” “Payment,” “Cancellation Policy” sections.

If you have a specific requirement regarding your cabin, or cabin location, or are travelling with family or friends you want to be near, then we suggest you do not book as a “Lock It In” GTY booking. At times, we may extend other promotional guaranteed booking offers. Suite layouts and benefits vary by category. If you book two or more cruises to be taken back to back and either one or all the cruises are booked as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking there is the possibility that you will be allocated different cabins/suites on each cruise, therefore requiring a move between cabins/suites on the  changeover day between your back to back cruises.

1. Offer Overview. When booking an eligible cabin, and when available to be applied during our reservation booking process, you may select the “Pay In Full” option while booking your voyage reservation. Pay your cabin in full 365 days or more before your sail date to receive a 10% discount off your Voyage Fare excluding taxes and fees. Full payment must be received within 2 hours of applying the discount, when booking your voyage.

The 10% “Pay In Full Discount” is applicable to Voyage Fare only and is not offered on the taxes and fees. The entire cabin must be paid in full to receive this discount.  

Paying one’s cabin “in full” means (i) the Voyage Fare is paid, (ii) taxes and fees are paid, and (iii) Voyage Protection (if opted for) is paid at the time of booking. Any cabin that chooses the “Pay In Full” option, but does not pay in full within two (2) hours of the booking will no longer be eligible for the discount.

To calculate the 10% “Pay In Full Discount”, we will take the listed Voyage Fare minus any additional discounts, and based on that newly discounted Voyage Fare, apply the 10% discount when the “Pay In Full” option is selected during the booking process.

Example:
 

Listed Voyage Fare	=	$3,000
Other Pre-existing Voyage Fare discount (e.g. 10%)	=	($300)
New Voyage Fare	=	$2,700

If the “Pay In Full” option is available and selected, the new total Voyage Fare due would be $2,430 (i.e., 10% off of the already discounted $2,700 Voyage Fare).  

Please note the “Other Pre-existing Voyage Fare discount” listed above is for illustration purposes only.

2. Eligibility/Caveats.

2.1. This offer is eligible for bookings on an eligible voyage purchased after 12:01 a.m. local east coast US time on 31 December 2024 and will be in effect indefinitely, meaning this offer may be discontinued at any time. However, we will give a reasonable notice period before discontinuing this offer.

2.2. The discount applies only to the Voyage Fare, and does not include shore excursions (“Shore Things” in our marketing parlance), taxes and/or fees, transfers, or any other add-ons. Please note all discounts will be reflected as one lump discount on your confirmation email. Further, partial (discounted/non-full Fare) access keys may be excluded.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Eligible voyages are sailings departing on all vessels. The offer is not eligible for charter voyages. Sailors booking a voyage within 120 days of sailing departure are not eligible for this offer.

2.4. Eligible Cabins. Eligible Cabins for the “Pay In Full Discount” Offer are as follows: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, The Sea View, and The Insider. Lock-it-in cabins are excluded.

2.5. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

1. Offer Overview. These terms detail the terms and conditions of our Canada Resident Rates Offer.

2. Applicability/Offer Details.

2.1. Canada Residents will receive 5%, 10%, or 15% off their retail voyage fare on all new bookings purchased on an eligible voyage starting at 12:01 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 25 March 2025. When booking, the Sailor must enter the Access Key provided during checkout to receive the offer. The discount level to be applied to each Eligible Voyage depends on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed. 

2.2. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is applicable to select sailings on any of our Lady Ships and cannot be used for chartered sailings. The reduced 5%, 10% or 15% off the retail voyage fare will be applied at the time of booking and must be booked in Canadian dollars.

2.3. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the following Access Key during checkout to receive the offer: CADRATE. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. For First Mate bookings on Firstmates.com or through verified third-party booking engines, the promotional code will be visible to the First Mate when selecting an eligible voyage, and this will be a manual add-on, meaning that the promotional code must be selected by the First Mate for the offer to be applied to the booking. 

2.4. The Canada Resident Rates Offer applies to the following Eligible Cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Sea View, Social Insider, and Insider cabins only.  

2.5. Canada residency may be evidenced by a passport, drivers license, or utility bill showing residency in Canada upon check-in at the Terminal.

3. Exclusions/Caveats.

3.1. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is combinable with select public promotional offers and is not transferable. All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies. 

3.2. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is only for paid bookings at full fare. Sailors traveling under the Voyage Vacation Program, Casino Player Program, First Mate Rates, Interline Rates, or a reduced-fare Access Key are not eligible for this offer. The Canada Resident Rates Offer is not combinable with Tour Operators or any of our Group / Circles programs.

3.3. Savings and Separability. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to operate contrary to applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or are determined at any time to be contrary to or unauthorized by applicable law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law, provided that, in such event, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
 
3.4. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.

1. Offer Overview. These terms and conditions outline the Exclusive Sailing Club Offer - New 2025 and 2026 Voyages (hereafter “Exclusive Sailing Club Offer”) for existing Sailing Club members, and sailors who have sailed at least one (1) time on a full-fare voyage.

2. Eligibility/Caveats.

2.1. Exclusive Sailing Club Offer is eligible for bookings on an eligible voyage purchased between 12:01 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 19 March 2025 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 02 April 2025 for existing Sailing Club members. Eligible voyages are described in Section 3 below.

2.2. Exclusive Sailing Club Offer will be a USD $100 per cabin promotional Bar Tab when booked on a new booking during the eligible booking window in the above section. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter their unique Access Key during checkout or call into Sailor Services, so that they may validate the Sailor’s loyalty status to receive the offer.

2.3. The Exclusive Sailing Club Offer may be combined with the “Wave 2025” promotional offer, Pay In Full, Tour Operators, Wedding, and Celebrate Circles. This offer is not combinable with My Next Virgin Voyage, Reduced rate programs (Interline, Casino, First Mate, Employee), Giveaway/Promotional Access Keys, and all other promotional offers, promotions, discounts, or credits.

2.4. Charter voyages are excluded from this offer.

2.5. Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) do not earn commission on the Bar Tab value given to Sailors for the Exclusive Sailing Club Offer.

4. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins include XL Sea Terrace cabin category and below, excluding Lock-It-In cabins. 1. Offer Details. The purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Drink Like a VIP Offer will provide the purchaser with an unlimited drink package to be used at our bars and restaurants onboard the Valiant Lady for Voyages in March 2025 only. The cost for the Drink Like a VIP Offer is ninety-five U.S. dollars (USD $95) per night of the itinerary. This offer may be added to the Sailor’s account up until 48 hours prior to embarkation.

2. Eligible Bookings. The Drink Like a VIP Offer is only available to those Sailors who are staying in a RockStar meta category cabin on Valiant Lady and voyaging on one of the Eligible Voyages below. This includes those that book a RockStar Quarters Lock It In category cabin. Sailors must be 21 years of age or older at the time of embarkation to be eligible for purchase. All Sailors within the cabin are required to purchase the offer. If one Sailor in the cabin purchases the offer and one does not, the offer will be removed from the purchasing Sailor’s account.

2.1. Eligible Voyages. This offer will only be available for the following embarkation dates on Valiant Lady:

3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The Drink Like a VIP Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 

This offer is strictly for the purchaser. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to limit or restrict access to this offer while onboard, including but not limited to instances where the purchaser is visibly intoxicated or is misusing the perk by providing drinks to other Sailors who are not part of the Drink Like a VIP Offer. This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. 

Sailors are limited to a maximum of two (2) drinks per order. Additional purchases require a separate transaction and are subject to availability.

4. Inclusions. The Drink Like a VIP Offer provides the purchaser the ability to order eligible premium drinks from our bars, restaurants, and Bimini Beach Club. The maximum cost per drink allowed is twenty U.S. dollars (USD $20). Any drinks priced above the maximum cost will be charged at full price to the sailor’s folio. The Sailor will not be provided with credit for drinks that are over the twenty U.S. dollars (USD $20) limit. Put another way, if an eligible Sailor purchases a premium drink at twenty-one U.S. dollars (USD $21), the Sailor’s folio will be charged twenty-one U.S. dollars (USD $21). 

Premium drinks include, but are not limited to, barista-made coffee, cold-pressed juices, fresh juices and smoothies, energy drinks, health shots, kombucha, non-alcoholic specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.     

4.1. Items that form a part of this offer (including any unused items) are not transferable, exchangeable, or to be used for resell and have no cash value.  

5. Payment. The Sailor will have 24 hours to pay for the Drink Like a VIP package before the package drops off of the account.

6. Cancellation. The Drink Like a VIP offer is non-refundable once purchased.

7. Commissions. The commissionable amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be paid 10% of the total amount paid for the offer, as this package is priced per day. The First Mate must be named at the time of purchase as Virgin Voyages will not allow First Mates to be added at a later date. 

8. Combinability with Bar Tab Credit. Except for those promotions listed herein, those Eligible Bookings that have a promotional Bar Tab credit may use the promotional Bar Tab credit towards the cost of this offer. Promotional Bar Tab credits received through Deep Blue Extras or existing Sailing Club promotions are not combinable with this offer and will not be applied to the cost of this offer. Purchased Bar Tab Credits will not be refunded or applied to this offer. Please contact your First Mate or Shoreside Sailor Services through our Contact Us page to apply eligible promotion Bar Tab credit.

9. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this Offer at any time with or without notice. Should the Drink Like a VIP Offer be withdrawn or suspended, such that one’s booking is affected, the refund of monies submitted towards the Offer shall be the sole remedy.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE HANDLING OF GROUP (THAT IS, “CIRCLE”) BOOKINGS MADE UNDER THE BELOW PROCESS. IT IS ISSUED BY VIRGIN CRUISES INTERMEDIATE LIMITED (“VIRGIN VOYAGES,” “WE”, OR “OUR”) AND IS BINDING UPON VIRGIN VOYAGES AND CIRCLE LEADER ONCE HE/SHE BOOKS THE CIRCLE.  THE CIRCLE LEADER EXPLICITLY AGREES TO THE TERMS HEREIN, AND AGREES WE MAY AT ANY TIME CHANGE, MODIFY, AND UPDATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, AND NOTICE MAY OR MAY NOT BE GIVEN.

Some Circles/Groups require a signed contract or are bound by separate terms and conditions (such as the Affinity Groups program found here); those Circles bound by contract shall be bound solely by that contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Circle travel not bound by a separate Contract and not booked under the Group offer. 

I.     General

1. There are a number of brand-specific terms we use within these Terms and Conditions:

• Circle: our brand word for our group's program applicable to these terms and conditions. 
• Circle Shell: reservation of cabins for the Circle.
• First Mate: a travel agent registered with Virgin Voyages.
• Sailor: a passenger (or prospective passenger) on one of Virgin Voyages’ ships.
• Sailor Services: Virgin Voyages’ call center, where our representatives assist with all our prospective Sailors’ needs.
• Circle Leader: the group travel organizer, i.e., the Circle’s primary contact/planner.  
• FirstMates.com: A Virgin Voyages travel agent portal.
• Voyage: a Virgin Voyages cruise.
• Voyage Fare: total cost for reserving one cabin on a selected Voyage. 
• Cabins: as used in these Terms and Conditions, a cabin refers to a cabin as well as a suite (or what we refer to as “Rockstar Quarters”).

2. These Terms and Conditions outline how a Circle Leader or First Mate may hold cabins for future inventory of bookings made 120 days or further for group travel without all the Sailors’ payment and contact information required to book a Voyage. Policies will differ when booking a Circle is within 120 Days.

II.    Booking Process

1. Circles may be booked through a First Mate via Sailor Services or via FirstMates.com.

2. For Circles Shells created more than 120 days before the selected Voyage embarkation date, Circle shell must be named and deposited by 120 days or the reservations will be recalled and not eligible for the Circle. 

Failure to provide the above deposit and information within the time frames provided will result in a recall of the selected inventory at our sole discretion. 

3. For Circles Shells created less than 120 days before the selected Voyage embarkation date, the Circle Leader or First Mate must provide at the time of booking full payment of all Circle Voyage Fares and the Sailors’ requested information.

Failure to provide the above at the time of booking will result in  a full cancellation. For the avoidance of any doubt, Circle bookings made 120 days (or less) before the selected Voyage embarkation date will not have an option to hold cabins.

4. Circle Shells will be restricted to a maximum of 16 TR (The Sea Terraces) and/or TC (Central Sea Terraces) cabins, no other cabin category is eligible to be part of the Circle program or receive any benefits, however, The Limited Sea Terrace (TL), XL Sea Terrace (TX), and all Rockstar Suites & Mega Rockstar Suites (including LIR Suite Categories) may be added to the Circle Shell for the purposes of cabin count, pursuant section III below. Circle Leaders or First Mates may request additional cabins for the Circle Shells, which we may agree to at our sole discretion. If additional cabins are approved by us, those additional cabins will be booked at the prevailing rate and current promotion.

5. Individual deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and are subject to the cancellation policy below. 

6. All bookings within a Circle must have the same First Mate agency and use the same currency.  

7. The Circle Cabins are assigned when the requested Sailor information and 20% deposits, or full payment based on time of booking, are received.  

8. First Mate can hold up to 5 Circle Shells with unnamed inventory at any given time. Additional cabins may be added later to the Circle at prevailing rates, but are subject to availability and approval from Virgin Voyages.

9. First Mates may not use their personal or corporate credit cards to place deposits or final payments on behalf of Sailors.  

III.    What’s in it for the Circle Leader (or First Mate organizing the Circle)?

1. Circle Leaders who organize the Circle will receive the following benefit:

• One free cabin for every ten (10) paid cabins, without limit. The free cabin may be used by anyone in the Circle. The additional (free) cabin is granted only after reaching thresholds of cabins in increments of ten (10). This means there are no partial cabins or partial voyage fare credit for, say, 18 or 24 cabins. In those scenarios, one (1) free cabin would be provided to the Circle Leader of the group with 18 cabins booked, and two (2) free cabins would be provided to the Circle Leader of the group with 24 cabins booked. Please note, taxes and fees are not included for the free cabin(s) and must be paid by the Sailor.
  • Free cabins will be The Sea Terrace cabin category.

2. First Mates who organize the Circle may elect the free cabin described above or two (2) percent bonus commission on all Voyage Fares (excluding taxes, fees and other non-commissionable purchases) for paid cabins on the entire group (no cap on bonus commission dollars earned based on cabin quantity).

3. In addition to the above, and during the launch period of the Circle program, those Circle Shells created 180 days before the Voyage embarkation date will receive a 10% discount on the Voyage Fare in addition to the then-marketed rate (exclusions apply, subject to applicable combinability rules). For the avoidance of any doubt, the 10% discount only applies to TR & TC cabins. 

IV. Recall Dates/Inventory Reviews/Minimum Activity Required 

1. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to recall inventory at any time with 5-days’ notice to the Circle Leader or First Mate. Such notice may be communicated by e-mail or phone call.

2. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to contact the Circle Leader or First Mate at any time to review the Circle inventory. During this time, unsold inventory (inventory without full legal names and required deposits) may be recalled at Virgin Voyages’ sole discretion.

3. A Circle is subject to inventory being recalled if not booked by the required deadlines. At 11:59 AM Eastern Time on the 120th Day prior to the Voyage embarkation date, Virgin Voyages will automatically recall any inventory without the required Sailor information and required deposits. Virgin Voyages will make efforts to remind the First Mate of the upcoming deadlines; however, it is the First Mate’s sole responsibility to ensure all required information is included by the deadline.

4. Once the Circle Shell is created, the base voyage fare and promotion at the time is locked in for the number of cabins requested under that circle shell.

5. Inventory is not available on every voyage and blackout dates may apply, and certain travel dates may be excluded.

6. No Circles may be booked within fourteen (14) days of the intended Voyage embarkation date. Please note in this instance the Circle discount does not apply.

7. A First Mate must display a level of minimum activity with their held inventory in order to continue holding their inventory until the required recall date. The Minimum Activity is defined as making a minimum of 2 bookings per month and having at least 50% of the inventory sold 6 months prior to Voyage.

V.    Modifications/Cancellations

1. Once names and deposits are made on ten (10) cabins, the reservation will follow our booking policies unless cancelled. For cancellations made between 120 and 45 days before the Voyage embarkation date, each Sailor will receive 50% of their paid Voyage Fare as a Future Voyage Credit (or “FVC”). The remainder of the paid Voyage Fare is non-refundable. Any cancellations within 45 days of the Voyage embarkation date are non-refundable.

2. A Circle’s Voyage date can be changed up to 120 days prior to Voyage embarkation date; however, the new voyage date will be booked at the prevailing rate and is subject to availability. At 120 days before the Voyage embarkation date, the Circle’s Voyage is locked in.

3. Should cancellations lower the Circle to less than 10 cabins, the perks for the Circle or First Mate listed in Section III will be removed.

4. Individual Sailors may remove themselves from the Circle up to 120 days prior to the Voyage embarkation date.

5. A Circle cabin category may be upgraded or downgraded 121 days or longer from the Voyage embarkation date, depending on availability. Within 120 days or sooner of the Voyage embarkation date, a Circle cabin category may be upgraded only, depending on availability.

6. Our Sailor Services can only modify bookings for Sailors booked by a First Mate if it has no financial impact to Virgin Voyages.

7. A Sailor booked in a Circle may transfer his or her booking to another at no cost if made more than 48 hours before the Voyage embarkation date; however, costs and fees related to that travel, for example, travel insurance, air travel, transfers, and shore excursions, may not be transferable or refundable.

VI.    Circle Events

1. Virgin Voyages cannot guarantee venues/spaces for a Circle’s special events. This will be determined based on Circle size, space availability and type of events. If availability allows, we may offer select venues for private events on specific days/times based on the size of the Circles, and may be subject to costs and availability of that Voyage.

2. Beyond the venue’s standard offerings, curated special events may be arranged at a cost and based on availability (i.e. custom cocktail party). Special arrangements for bookable experiences (with limitations) for Circles can be made in advance through shoreside Sailor Services. Requests made will not be confirmed until 30 days before Voyage embarkation date.

3. Circles will receive one (1) night of dining support at Razzle Dazzle and/or Lucky Lotus for a total of 32 people for their group, based on the availability of the restaurant. Dining support for the one (1) will occur within seventy-five (75) days prior to the Voyage embarkation date. All other dining reservations must be self-serviced.

1. Offer Terms. These terms detail the terms and conditions of our Puerto Rico Resident Rates Offer. Puerto Rico residents will receive 5%, 10% or 15% off their retail voyage fare for any Eligible Voyage that is booked in accordance with the terms below. The level of discount to be applied to each Eligible Voyage is dependent on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed. 

2. Applicability/Offer Details.

2.1. The Puerto Rico Resident rate is applicable to select sailings on any vessel departing from the Port of San Juan (“Eligible Voyage”). 
 
2.2. The reduced 5%, 10% or 15% off the retail voyage fare will be applied at the time of booking. 
 
2.3. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the following Access Key during checkout to receive the offer: PRRATE. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. For First Mate bookings, on Firstmates.com or through verified third-party booking engines, the promotional code will be visible to the First Mate when selecting an eligible voyage and this will be a manual add-on. In other words, the promotional code must be selected by the First Mate in order for the offer to be applied to the booking. 
 
2.4. Offer is available on XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Sea View, Social Insider, and Insider cabins only.  

2.5. Puerto Rico residency may be evidenced by drivers license or utility bill showing residency in Puerto Rico upon check in at the Terminal.
 
3. Exclusions/Caveats.
 
3.1. The Puerto Rico Resident Rates Offer is combinable with select public promotional offers. It is not transferable. All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies. 
 
3.2. The Puerto Rico Resident Rates Offer is only for paid bookings at full fare. Sailors traveling under the Voyage Vacation Program, Casino Player Program, First Mate Rates, Interline Rates, or a reduced fare Access Key are not eligible for this offer. The Puerto Rico Resident Rates Offer is not combinable with Tour Operators, Affinity, or Contracted Group/Circles. 
 
3.3. Savings and Separability. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to operate contrary to applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or are determined at any time to be contrary to or unauthorized by applicable law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law, provided that, in such event, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
 
3.4. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.

The purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass 2026 Offer will provide the purchaser access to Virgin Voyages’inventory of cruise sailings, at no additional voyage fare cost, for the length of one (1) year starting 01 January 2026 through and including 31 December 2026. The purchaser will also receive a one (1) week stay at the exclusive Necker Island with round-trip business airfare included, one (1) take-home hammock, daily Shake for Champagne, one (1) suite upgrade for the purchaser’s birthday, privately curated shore things, access to a private cabana at the Beach Club at Bimini, one (1) customized RockStar robe, and an additional perk of USD 10k shopping spree in High Street.  Please see additional details, limitations and/or restrictions in sections 2 and 3 below.

The cost for the Annual Pass 2026 Offer is one-hundred ninety-nine thousand U.S. dollars (USD $199,000) (the “Annual Pass Cost”). The Annual Pass Cost includes the voyage fare(s) associated with any sailing(s) for which the purchaser elects to create a reservation, as well as the onboard expenses associated with the other perks and inclusions identified in this Offer. The Annual Pass Cost is due in full upon purchase and is non-refundable. The taxes and port fees for each sailing are an additional cost and will need to be satisfied by the purchaser at the time of booking each individual voyage through Virgin Voyages’ Red Glove Crew. Payment for the Annual Pass 2026 Offer may only be made by wire transfer. We are unable to make any payment exceptions.

2. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The Annual Pass 2026 Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

Must be a new booking onboard any Virgin Voyages’ vessel for a double occupancy cabin and made during the one (1) year booking window for the 2026 calendar year. The Annual Pass 2026 Offer includes  access to voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Valiant Lady, the Resilient Lady or the Brilliant Lady. 

The purchaser will be labeled as the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) on all sailings booked pursuant to the Annual Pass 2026 Offer and will remain the same for all Annual Pass 2026 Offer booking itineraries. Sailor 1 must be 18 years of age at time of booking in order to be eligible to purchase and sail. The secondary passenger must also be 18 years of age at the time of sailing but may be changed between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy. A third or fourth Sailor (18 years of age at time of sailing) can be added to a reservation at the then posted prevailing voyage rate, as the Annual Pass 2026 Offer only includes Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 voyage fares.

Annual Pass holders are responsible for complying with all international travel and immigration requirements, including providing proof of onward or return travel where applicable.

2.2. Eligible Cabins. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. The Annual Pass 2026 Offer does not guarantee a specific sailing date, voyage or vessel. Single occupancy cabins are included within the Annual Pass 2026 Offer with no credit applied for the smaller cabin accommodation. Purchaser and their sailing companions may be placed into Virgin Voyages’ Central Sea Terrace cabin, or Limited View Sea Terrace cabin, if there are no Sea Terrace cabins available at the time of booking.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Annual Pass holders may not book overlapping or duplicate voyages. Eligible voyages are limited to non-charter, open, revenue voyages. Back-to-back voyages are eligible to be booked; however, the same cabin is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. The following voyages are excluded from being booked back-to-back, however, they are eligible to be booked individually:

3. Inclusions. Bookings under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer will receive access to the following exclusive perks: 

3.1. Deep Blue Extras. These perks are a part of Virgin Voyages’ Sailing Club membership and are being offered to the purchaser as part of the Annual Pass 2026 Offer. If the purchaser is already a sailing club member who receives Deep Blue Extras, they will not receive duplicated perks. However, each booking made under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer will count towards purchaser’s sailing club membership. The perks included in Deep Blue Extras are:

• Unlimited Work From Sea Wifi;
• USD $100 Bar Tab Credit;
• One (1) Exclusive Cocktail Event during a voyage;
• Complimentary Laundry Service: 2 Pressed Items, 1 Specialty Cleaned Item, 1 Laundry Bag;
• Priority Boarding at Embarkation;
• Dedicated Sailor Services Support;
• Two (2) specialty coffees per day at bars, restaurants, or the Grounds Club.
  • Not available through Ship Eats.
  • Alcoholic coffee cocktails not included.
  • Applies solely to Sailor 1.
  • Coffee credit expires at the end of each day and does not roll over to the next day.

3.2. Necker Island Stay. The purchaser may choose from select dates in 2026 to stay on Necker Island. The Necker Island Stay covers food and lodging and transportation for the purchaser plus one (1) guest. The category type of your stay will be in one (1) room, meaning you will not be provided a suite, the entire complex or the whole island. Purchasers will have access to common areas at the complex and on the island. Airfare and boat transportation to and from the island are provided through Virgin Voyages. Business flights must originate from any airport in the continental United States and will travel to the airport nearest to Necker Island. Flights must align with the scheduled dates of the stay at Necker Island. Your stay will be based upon availability. The following dates to select your stay are:

• 24 May 2026 - 31 May 2026 (Adults only on island)
• 19 July 2026 - 26 July 2026
• 16 August 2026 - 30 August 2026
• 13 September 2026 - 27 September 2026

3.3. Daily Shake for Champagne. During each of your voyages booked under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer, the purchaser will be entitled to daily use of the "Shake for Champagne" feature via the Virgin Voyages app, subject to availability of delivery locations and hours of operation at no additional cost. “Daily Use” is defined as one (1) calendar day. This inclusion is strictly for the purchaser of the Annual Pass and will not apply to any additional sailors within the purchaser’s booking reservation. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to limit or restrict access to the Shake for Champagne app feature, including but not limited to instances where the purchaser is visibly intoxicated or is misusing the perk by providing champagne to other Sailors who are not Annual Pass Holders. This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. 

3.4. Take-home hammock. Annual Pass holders will receive a take-home hammock during their first sailing under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer.

3.5. Suite Upgrade for Birthday. During the month of the purchaser’s birthday, the purchaser may request a suite upgrade. This will be to Virgin Voyages' RockStar suite category and will be based upon availability. The RockStar suite type will be chosen by Virgin Voyages at the time of booking. The sailing must occur within 30 days before or after the Annual Pass Holder’s birthday.

3.6. Shore Things. Four (4) curated and privately hosted Shore Things organized and operated by independent tour operators for the Annual Pass holder at the holder’s advance request. Passholder will work with Virgin Voyages Sailor Services Crew to book in advance.

3.7. Beach Club at Bimini Cabana. Virgin Voyages will provide access to either a beach, grove, or poolside cabana at the Beach Club at Bimini up to ten (10) times per year. The primary passholder will choose the cabana type. All efforts will be made to provide the chosen cabana type, however, Virgin Voyages reserves the right to assign a different cabana type where the selected type is not available.   

3.8. Customized RockStar Robe. Annual Pass holders will receive a take-home customized RockStar robe during their first sailing under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer.

3.9. Additional Shopping Perk. Annual Pass holders will receive a one-time onboard credit of USD $10,000 to use on a shopping spree aboard any Virgin Voyages vessel’s High Street shops, featuring luxury brands.  

3.10. Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable, exchangeable, or to be used for resell and have no cash value. This Offer is also not to be used to artificially consume cabin inventory.

4. All ancillary products, such as Shore Excursions and upgrades, are not included in any Annual Pass eligible booked sailing. These must be purchased separately prior to any sailing, including travel insurance that is available at a flat fee per voyage (subject to change).

5. The Annual Pass is non-refundable. All cancellations or changes to a booked eligible sailing under the Annual Pass must be made at least seven (7) days before the voyage start date to avoid any cancellation or change penalties. 

6. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage, Contracted Circle Programs; Affinity Circles, Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, Free Access Keys, or any other Promotional Offer. Further, bookings made under this Offer are not eligible for upgrades, promotional Bar Tab or onboard credit offers. Upgrades can be purchased through Plusgrade.

7. The purchaser will still be subject to Virgin Voyages’ Ticket Contract for each booked eligible sailing (terms and conditions available at https://www.virginvoyages.com/Web-Marketing/addl-terms-and-conditions.html).

8. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be paid a flat amount of USD $10,000. The First Mate must be named at the time of purchase as Virgin Voyages will not allow First Mates to be added at a later date. 

9. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this Offer at any time. Should the Annual Pass 2026 Offer be withdrawn or suspended, such that one’s booking is affected, the refund of monies submitted towards the Offer shall be the sole remedy.

Virgin Voyages (“We”, “Virgin Voyages” or “Company”) is offering you the opportunity to refer friends via a Referral Program (“Program”) offered on the website located at https://share.virginvoyages.com (the “Site”).

1. Binding Agreement. By using the Site or participating in the Program, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and indicate your agreement to them. All of the Company's decisions are final and binding.

2. Privacy. The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Statement, which is available by link on the Site.  

3. How the Program Works. You must visit the Site and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends, family members or colleagues. There’s no limit to the number of referrals a user can make throughout the entirety of the Program. Once an individual makes a referral, he/she becomes a “Referrer” and will be provided with a unique referral link (“Personal Link”) that allows him/her to receive the benefit or reward advertised on the Site. Referred friends (“Friends”) must complete the referral as described in the referral message.

Referrer must have previously sailed with Virgin Voyages or be on a Virgin Voyages sailing. Referrer must input their Virgin Voyages account email on Refer A Sailor landing page (https://share.virginvoyages.com), and once eligibility is confirmed, they will be given a share link to share with Friends. Friends will be sent a link by Referrers where they must opt into Virgin Voyages marketing emails and sms messages in order to participate. Once verified, the Friend will receive an Access Key that they can use at the company website to receive their reward when creating a new booking. Referrer will receive their reward once it is verified that the Friend has paid in full for their sailing and their sail date is within 45 days of sailing. Access Keys for Referrer and Friend are valid for twelve (12) months.

4. Restrictions. Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with the Company or participate in the Program as “Friends”. Friends must be new to Virgin Voyages, have never sailed, have a current booking or have canceled a booking in the past 60 days. Travel Advisors may utilize this program for Sailors to receive a reward, however travel advisors are not eligible to receive any reward as a Referrer or Friend. No user may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program. CAUTION: SHOULD ANY ATTEMPT BE MADE TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, TO INCLUDE DE-REGISTRATION AS A FIRST MATE.

Combinability: The program reward is combinable with MNVV (only for Referrers) and public primary promotions only. The reward is not combinable with Lock-It-In cabins, Interline Rates, tour operator bookings, and all other tactical offers.
Referring Sailor and Friend must be in separate cabins and bookings, max two (2) Refer A Sailor Access Keys may be used per cabin or booking.
Employees of Virgin Voyages or any of its or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies are not able to participate.

5. Rewards. By making a valid referral, you will receive $150USD Bar Tab and your Friend will receive $150USD Bar Tab. There is no maximum amount of rewards a Referrer can earn, however you may only use two rewards per sailing. Restrictions may apply. Rewards are subject to verification. Virgin Voyages may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
Unless otherwise stated, rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.

6. Liability. By participating in the Program, you agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Company, Extole, Inc., as the provider of the referral service, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. The Released Parties shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT  PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTOLE INC.’S AND VIRGIN CRUISES INTERMEDIATE LIMITED’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE AND GIVE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, AND (iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (C) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

8. Bulk Distribution (“Spam”). Referrals must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues and family members. By submitting any email address as part of the Program, the Referrer represents that he/she has the appropriate permission and consent. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action. The Company has no obligation to monitor the Program or any communications; however, the Company may choose to do so and block any email messages, remove any such content, or prohibit any use of the Program. Referrers who do not comply with the law, including anti-spam laws, are obligated to indemnify the Extole Inc. and Virgin Cruises Intermediate Limited trading as Virgin Voyages  against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such spam.

9. Sign-In Credentials. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sign-in credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through the use of them. Users agree to notify the Company immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. Users agree that the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of their credentials.

10. Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify any User at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms.

1. Offer Terms. These terms detail the terms and conditions of our Military and First Responders Rates Offer. Military and First Responders will receive 5%, 10% or 15% off their retail voyage fare for any Eligible Voyage that is booked in accordance with the terms below. The level of discount to be applied to each Eligible Voyage is dependent on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed. 

2. Applicability/Offer Details.

2.1. The Military and First Responders rate is applicable to select sailings on any of our Lady Ships. 
 
2.2. The reduced 5%, 10% or 15% off the retail voyage fare will be applied at the time of booking. 
 
2.3. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the following Access Key during checkout to receive the offer: SERVICERATE. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. For First Mate bookings, on Firstmates.com or through verified third party booking engines, the promotional code will be visible to the First Mate when selecting an eligible voyage and this will be a manual add-on. In other words, the promotional code must be selected by the First Mate in order for the offer to be applied to the booking. 
 
2.4. Offer is available on XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Sea View, Social Insider, and Insider cabins only.  

2.5. Proof of eligibility or identity to satisfy the offer may be requested upon check in at the Terminal.
 
3. Exclusions/Caveats.
 
3.1. The Military and First Responders Rates Offer is combinable with select public promotional offers. It is not transferable. All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies. 
 
3.2. The Military and First Responders Rates Offer is only for paid bookings at full fare. Sailors traveling under the Voyage Vacation Program, Casino Player Program, First Mate Rates, Interline Rates, or a reduced fare Access Key are not eligible for this offer. The Military and First Responders Rates Offer is not combinable with My Next Virgin Voyage Program, Tour Operators or any of our  Group / Circles programs. 
 
3.3. Savings and Separability. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to operate contrary to applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or are determined at any time to be contrary to or unauthorized by applicable law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law, provided that, in such event, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
 
3.4. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.

2.1. The Seas The Day Offer is only eligible for commercially open sailings and cannot be used for chartered sailings.

2.2. The Seas The Day Offer is available for booking through our website via the unique access key provided to the qualified sailors.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN THE HANDLING OF GROUP BOOKINGS (THAT IS, “GROUP(S)”). IT IS ISSUED BY VIRGIN CRUISES INTERMEDIATE LIMITED (“VIRGIN VOYAGES,” “WE”, OR “OUR”) AND IS BINDING UPON VIRGIN VOYAGES AND GROUP LEADER ONCE HE/SHE BOOKS THE GROUP. THE GROUP LEADER EXPLICITLY AGREES TO THE TERMS HEREIN, AND AGREES WE MAY CHANGE, MODIFY, AND UPDATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, AND NOTICE MAY OR MAY NOT BE GIVEN.

Some group bookings, that is, “Incentive Circles” or “Corporate Circles,” require a signed contract; those Circles bound by contract shall be bound solely by that contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to Groups booked under this program only.

I.   General

1. There are a number of brand-specific terms we use within these Terms and Conditions:

• First Mate: a travel agent registered with Virgin Voyages.
• Sailor: a passenger (or prospective passenger) on one of Virgin Voyages’ ships.
• Sailor Services: Virgin Voyages’ call center, where our representatives assist with all our prospective Sailors’ needs.
• Group Leader: the group travel organizer, i.e., the Group’s primary contact/planner.  
• FirstMates.com: A Virgin Voyages’ travel agent portal.
• Voyage: a cruise.
• Cabins: as used in these Terms and Conditions, a cabin refers to a cabin as well as a suite (or what we refer to as “Rockstar Quarters”).

2. These Terms and Conditions outline how a Group Leader or First Mate may hold cabins for thirty (30) days (though this may be less if within 120 days of the selected Voyage, as detailed below) for group travel without all the Sailors’ payment and contact information required to book a Voyage. We call the reservation of cabins for group travel a “Group Shell.”

3. Once the Group Shell is created, and subject to the restrictions herein, the base Voyage fare and applicable promotional offer is locked in as of the day the space is requested. Group cabins may be held without names or deposits for a 30-day option period outside of 120 days from the Voyage sail date. More cabins may be added, but they will be held inside the original 30-day window (that is, a new 30-day window does NOT start). Once a First Mate or Group Leader adds a name and information to a Group Shell, the deposit for that booking is due within the standard 24-hour booking hold period. Failure to pay within the 24-booking hold period will result in the booking being automatically closed. There are some additional caveats:

• The Group Leader’s booking information and deposit must be received no later than the 29th day after initiating the Group Shell.
• Notwithstanding the thirty (30) day window provided above, all names and deposits are due at least 120 days before the Voyage sail date. For example, if the Group Shell is made 121 days before the Voyage, all names and deposit information must be provided the next day (i.e., 120 days before the Voyage sail date). For the avoidance of any doubt, full payment for all bookings is due 120 days before the Voyage sail date if booked more than 120 days before the Voyage. Unnamed and undeposited cabins will automatically be dropped after the 30-day option period (or 120 days before the Voyage, whichever is first).

4. A Group must be at least eight (8) cabins and may not exceed 150 Sailors.

5. If a Group drops below eight (8) cabins at any time prior to the Voyage sailing date, it is no longer a Group. Each Sailor will then fall under the individual booking policy (found here) and they will lose all Group amenities (including Bar Tab and applicable ten percent (10%) discount). Full payment will then be due and payable 120 days before the Voyage sail date or immediately if the Sailor falls under the individual booking policy less than 120 days before the sailing.

6. The Group Leader has the option to cancel their Group Shell within the 30-day option window. However, if a Cabin booking cancellation occurs seven (7) days after deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Certain travel dates may be excluded.

8. Cabins are assigned when the name and deposit are received.

9. While a Group may be booked at 120 days or less before the Voyage sail date, all Sailors will have to provide their financial information (and the entire Voyage fare is due) and their personal information at the time of booking, unless our Flexible Booking Policy is enacted at our sole discretion. No Group may be booked within fourteen (14) days of the intended Voyage.

10. Individual bookings may be converted to a Group before final payment is received if a minimum of eight (8) cabins is reached among all bookings. Individual bookings of at least eight (8) cabins may be converted to a Group up to fourteen (14) days before the Voyage sail date. For the avoidance of any doubt, the ten percent (10%) discount shall only be for those bookings made pursuant to Section III.1. below.

II.   Booking Process

1. Groups may be booked: 
             a. Directly through Sailor Services by the Group Leader, or
             b. Through a First Mate via Sailor Services or via FirstMates.com.

2. A twenty percent (20%) deposit on all Voyage fares of the Group Cabins, and the co-traveling Sailors’ requested information, is required within thirty (30) days after the Group Shell is created.  

3. Deposits are non-refundable seven (7) days after booking.

4. Full payment will be due 120 days from the Voyage sail date for Group Sailors that placed a deposit 121 days or more from the Voyage sail date.

5. All Sailor information and the full payment is required for all Sailors for any Group  booked 120 days (or less) from the Voyage sail date. So, depending on when the Group  is booked, there may not be a 30-day hold option.

6. Names and deposits would be required at the time of booking additional Group Sailors after the 30-day hold period, with full payment due if the additional Group Sailors are added 120 days or less from the Voyage sailing date.

7. All bookings using a First Mate within a Group must have the same First Mate agency (if a First Mate agency is used) and use the same currency.

8. The Group Sailors’ Cabins are assigned when the Group’s participants’ names and twenty percent (20%) deposits are received.

9. A Group can hold up to sixteen (16) The Sea Terrace and/or Central Sea Terrace cabins without names or deposits within the thirty (30) day grace period.

10. First Mates may not use their personal or corporate credit cards to place deposits or final payments on behalf of Sailors.

III.   Group Benefits 

1. Eligibility. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Group benefit of ten percent (10%) discount applies to The Sea Terrace Cabins and The Central Sea Terrace cabins only. Lock-It-In rates, Insider Cabins, SeaView Cabins, Rockstar Quarters and Suites are not eligible for this discount. For the Bar Tab benefit, will apply only to The Sea Terrace, The Central Sea Terrace, The XL Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace Limited View, and our Rockstar Quarters. The Bar Tab benefit will not apply to our Lock-It-In rates, SeaView cabins, Insider cabins, or Mega RockStar Quarters. In the event a Group drops below eight (8) cabins before the Voyage, the Groups benefits shall be forfeited and payment will be due pursuant to the Terms and Conditions herein.

2. Group Shells created 180 days before the voyage embarkation date will receive a 10%discount on the voyage fare in addition to the then-marketed rate (exclusions apply, subject to applicable combinability rules).

3. Each cabin in the Group will receive a Bar Tab based on the length of Voyage:

• $100 per cabin - 4-5 Night Voyage 
• $200 per cabin - 6-8 Night Voyage 
• $300 per cabin - 9+ Night Voyage 

Bar Tab is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable to the Sailor at the end of the Voyage. For the avoidance of any doubt, only one (1) Sailor per cabin will receive the entire Bar Tab amount listed above.

4. The Group benefits may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: Contracted Circle Programs; Resident Rates; Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Exclusive Sailor Loot; Paid in Full bookings; Giveaways; any Promotional, Reduced Rate, or Free Access Keys; or any other promotional offer that excludes Groups. Further, when booking under My Next Virgin Voyage (“MNVV”), the Bar Tab will not be added to the booking.  

IV.   Group  Events

1. Beyond the venue’s standard offerings, Groups may request a cocktail party package or dining reservation at a cost based on availability and subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. Special arrangements for cocktail party packages and dining for the Groups can be made in advance through shoreside Groups Teams, and will be subject to a premium service charge. Virgin Voyages cannot guarantee venues/spaces for a Groups special events. These events and venue space are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed and will be honored on a first come first serve basis.

2. Group Leaders must pay in advance to lock in the cocktail party package for the Group - must be paid as a lump sum to one reservation in the group. If not paid, the cocktail party will be canceled and cannot be reinstated onboard.

3. Due to the 'prepared to order' service in our eateries, we cannot accommodate restaurant takeovers or buy-outs seating everyone at once. Groups can be accommodated in any of the primary restaurants in groups of 25 staggered every 15 minutes. Requests for staggered dining can only be made at least 75 days prior to the voyage and must be paid in full and Group delegates named at least 90 days prior to the voyage date. Group dining is subject to availability and will only be accommodated on one (1) night of the selected Voyage.

V.   Modifications/Cancellations

1. Cabins may be added to the Group up to fourteen (14) days prior to the Voyage depending on availability. For the avoidance of any doubt, the ten percent (10%) discount will only apply to those bookings made more than 180 days before the Voyage.

2. A Group’s Voyage date can be changed up until 120 days prior to the Voyage start date, based upon availability on future sailings. However, any promotions applicable for the Voyage will be forfeited and the Group Sailors will be responsible for any difference in price.

3. At 120 days the Group’s Voyage is locked in, though cancellations lowering the number in the Group to under eight (8) cabins would result in the remaining Sailors’ reservations being transitioned into individual Sailor bookings. Sailors may detach from a Group up to 120 days prior to the Voyage.

4. If a Group Sailor has funds applied to their reservation, and should that Group Sailor cancel between 120 days and 45 days prior to the Voyage sail date, that Group Sailor will receive a 50% Future Voyage Credit for any voyage fare paid (though money paid for taxes and fees, and bookables would be refunded).

5. A Group cabin category may be upgraded or downgraded 121 days or longer from the voyage sail date, depending on availability. Within 120 days or sooner of the voyage sail date, a Group cabin category may be upgraded only, depending on availability.  
 
6. Any name can be changed on a Group booking up until 48 hours the Voyage sailing date. Name changes will automatically cancel any insurance for that Sailor, and no monies will be refunded.

7. Our Sailor Services can only modify bookings for Sailors booked by a First Mate if it has no financial impact to Virgin Voyages.

8. A Sailor booked in a Group may transfer his or her booking to another at no cost, however, costs and fees related to that travel, for example, travel insurance, air travel, transfers, and shore excursions, may not be transferable or refundable. Cancellations can be made through Sailor Services or through a First Mate.

9. If a Sailor of a First Mate wishes to cancel the  Group or their delegate booking, the Sailor must do so through their First Mate.

10. If Sailors within the Group cancel, but enough Sailors remain to keep the Group intact, such cancellation will be handled in accordance with Virgin Voyages’ individual booking policies, found here.

1. Offer Details. The purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass 2025 will provide the purchaser access to our inventory of sailings, at no voyage fare cost, for the length of one year from the start date. The purchaser can choose from the following start dates:

• 01 April 2025

The cost for the Annual Pass 2025 Offer is $120,000 USD. This cost is to satisfy the voyage fare associated with any sailings for which the sailor decides to create a reservation. The cost of the Annual Pass 2025 Offer is due in full upon purchase and is non-refundable. The taxes and port fees for each sailing will still need to be satisfied by the sailor at the time of booking each voyage through our Red Glove Crew. Pass purchases will be accepted by wire transfer only, no exceptions to be made. 

2. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The Annual Pass 2025 is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 

2.1. Eligible Bookings. Must be a new booking onboard any Virgin Voyages’ vessel for a double occupancy cabin and made during the one year booking window from the start date the purchaser has chosen. The booking must be paid in full at the time of reservation; and the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking. 

The Annual Pass 2025 Offer is available for purchase beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, 03 December 2024 until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, 31 March 2025 or sooner once sold out (“Offer Period”) for access to voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Brilliant Lady, the Valiant Lady, or the Resilient Lady. 

The purchaser will be labeled as the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) on all sailings booked and will remain the same for all itineraries in the respective Voyage Period. Sailor 1 must be 18 years of age at time of booking in order to be eligible. The secondary passenger may be changed between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy. A 3rd or 4th Sailor can be added to a reservation at the prevailing rate, as the Annual Pass 2025 Offer only covers Sailor 1 and 2 voyage fare.

Pass holders are responsible for complying with all international travel and immigration requirements, including providing proof of onward or return travel where applicable.

2.2. Eligible Cabins. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. Single occupancy cabins will be priced the same. Sailors may potentially be placed into our Central Sea Terrace, or Limited View Sea Terrace if no The Sea Terrace cabins are available.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Pass holders may not book overlapping or duplicate voyages, or any itineraries that are impossible to sail. Eligible voyages are limited to non-charter, open, revenue voyages. Back-to-back voyages are eligible to be booked; however, the same cabin is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. The following voyages are excluded from being booked back-to-back, however are eligible to be booked individually:

• Brilliant Lady 23 September 2025 and 03 October 2025
• Brilliant Lady 03 May2026 and 11 May 2026

2.4. Inclusions. Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive access to the following exclusive perks referred to as Deep Blue Extras for the Annual Pass 2025 Offer voyages. These perks are a part of our Sailing Club membership and being offered to the purchaser as part of the Annual Pass 2025 Offer. If the purchaser is already a sailing club member who receives Deep Blue Extras, they will not receive duplicated perks. Each booking made with our Annual Pass 2025 Offer will count towards your sailing club membership. The perks included in Deep Blue Extras are:

• Unlimited Work From Sea Wifi;
• $100 Bar Tab Credit;
• Exclusive Cocktail Event;
• Complimentary Laundry Service: 2 Pressed Items, 1 Specialty Cleaned Item, 1 Laundry Bag;
• Priority Boarding at Embarkation;

Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable, exchangeable, or be used for resell and cannot be taken as cash. This offer is also not to be used to artificially consume cabin inventory.

3. All ancillary products, such as Shore Excursions and upgrades, are not included in any booked eligible sailing. These are purchased separately prior to sailing. If purchased, insurance is $53 a day flat fee per voyage (subject to change).

4. The Annual 2025 Pass is non-refundable. All cancellations or changes to a booked eligible sailing under the pass must be made at least 7 days before the voyage start date to avoid any penalties. 

5. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage, Contracted Circle Programs; Affinity Circles, Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, Free Access Keys, or any other Promotional Offer. 7. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be paid a flat amount of $10,000 USD. The First Mate must be named at the time of purchase, Virgin Voyages will not allow First Mates to be added at a later date. 

8. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this offer at any time. Should the Annual Pass 2025 Offer be withdrawn or suspended such that one’s booking is affected, the refund of monies submitted towards the offer shall be the sole remedy.

1. Offer Terms.

1.1. Current Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail our “My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer. This offer is an extension of our “My Next Virgin Voyage” Program, enabling a Sailor who has sailed within the last 14 days to register for a post voyage offer incentive. This offer applies to a disembarked passenger, i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice, who has sailed within the last 14 days.

1.2. Effective November 20, 2024, “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer consists of an Onboard Credit, applicable towards the Sailor’s future voyage. Sailors can reserve “My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer by placing a $150 USD (or currency equivalent) deposit, acting as a “Placeholder” reservation. The amount of Onboard Credit will be determined by the length of the voyage when the sailor converts their Placeholder reservation to an actual sail date.

1.3. A $150 USD deposit is required to register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Post Voyage Offer in the form of a Placeholder booking. A Sailor also has the option to make a deposit of 20% of their voyage fare if they know the date in which they’d like to sail on their future booking. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. To be clear, this means that the deposit amount in currencies other than USD will fluctuate based on the currency exchange rate, which is updated monthly. Payments for deposits will be accepted in the form of personal credit or debit card. Existing Future Voyage Credits, Sailor Loot and Corporate Cards are not accepted forms of payment. A Placeholder booking will secure a prospective booking for the Sailor in a future voyage within a two booking window. The booking window is a two year period from the day the Sailor makes their deposit.  

1.4. Sailors will receive one of the following Onboard Credit amounts on their Next Virgin Voyage based on their voyage length.

• 4 to 5 Night Sailings: $150 USD Onboard Credit
• 6 to 8 Night Sailings: $200 USD Onboard Credit
• 9 Nights or More Sailings: $250 USD Onboard Credit 

1.5. A Sailor can register for “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer by calling Sailor Services or directly online via the website link of https://www.virginvoyages.com/mnvv-post-voyage.

1.6. The Sailor has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A Sailor who fails to book and sail within this two-year time period forfeits the $150 USD deposit paid, and the future voyage Onboard Credit. The Offer will automatically expire at the two (2) year mark.

1.7. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $150 USD deposit.

1.8. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage Onboard Credit.

1.9. After registration is complete, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.

1.10. “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer is subject to all exclusions and caveats set forth in Section 2 below. 

2. Exclusions/Caveats.

2.1. Combining with Other Offers. “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer may be combined with most other offers, programs, and/or promotions. Virgin Voyages will be able to inform the Sailor booking a future voyage what combinable offers are eligible or available, if any, once the specific future voyage is booked. Without a future voyage date, Virgin Voyages is unable to assess eligible combinable offers.

2.2. “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer is not combinable with deeply discounted rates (including but not limited to Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates, Free Access Key Promotions, First Mate Exclusive Sailor Loots, Contracted Group Rates, Affinity Circle Sailor Loot, Interline Rates, Tour Operator Net Rates, Florida Resident Rates, Best Price Guarantee, etc.).

2.3. Only one (1) “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Onboard Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Holiday Offer, and the “Extend The Glow” Offer.

2.4. “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer is applicable to new bookings only. This excludes the application to retroactively applying the offer to previous bookings.

2.5. Booking/Travel Window: Sailors have a two-year booking window to redeem this Offer from the date of their deposit. Said another way: Sailors must book and sail within two (2) years of their deposit.

2.6. Each Sailor is eligible to register for a total of four (4) future bookings from “The Lasting Glow” Offer. A $150 USD or currency equivalent deposit is required per offer. 

2.7. Upon redemption of “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer registration, or “Placeholder” reservation, the currency originally used for the deposit payment will carry over to the newly converted booking. The currency exchange rate will be based on the purchase date of “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer Placeholder. 

2.8. Sailors do not have to pick a specific voyage date upon registration. Sailors have the option to book a “Placeholder” reservation to secure the offer benefits with a USD $150 deposit or currency equivalent. As noted above in section 2.5 a Sailor has a two (2) year window to redeem this Offer by converting the Placeholder reservation to a booking.

2.9. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date.

2.10. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Post Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.

2.11. The “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer applies solely to “The Sea Terrace” cabins and above categorized cabins/suites on the future voyage. Sailors must choose a cabin category for their future voyage in order to participate in this Offer. Cabin categories are as follows in decreasing order of precedence:

3. Applicability to Travel Agents.

3.1. 2. 1. Commission for First Mates.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Purchases may be made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to sailing for all Add-ons excluding any packages that include Flowers. Flower package purchases must be made no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to sailing. You may cancel and change up to forty-eight (48) hours (seventy-two (72) hours for flower packages) prior to a voyage to get a full refund. Cancellations will not be accepted after forty-eight (48) hours, or seventy-two (72) hours for flower packages, prior to sailing.

3. Customs & Agriculture Declarations.

Guests are advised that any Add-on items, e.g., flowers and chocolates, being brought off the ship must be declared to customs and agriculture officials. Best Price Guarantee is available for any Sailor within forty-eight (48) hours of the generation of a booking confirmation number, that is, forty-eight (48) hours from the point at which one’s booking is created. If that Sailor finds a better available rate on our website or elsewhere, we will match and honor any rate a Sailor qualifies for via submission of a form.

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible new bookings are those purchased beginning 12:01 a.m. EDT on 06 August 2024 and will continue indefinitely. Should Virgin Voyages decide to terminate this program, we will do so with 30 days’ notice.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. Best Price Guaranteed is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Sailors must submit the form with evidence of the new/lower Voyage Fare (website link and screenshot fields) within forty-eight (48) hours of booking any voyage, that is, forty-eight (48) hours from the point that one’s booking confirmation number is generated. The new/lower Voyage Fare must apply to the same cruise (defined as same ship, sail date, stateroom category and number of guests). Form submissions will be reviewed, considered and either approved or denied. If approved, the offer may be applied up to seven (7) days prior to voyage start date.

3.2. Virgin Voyages will price match any booking made directly through the Virgin Voyages website, a Sailor Services representative or a registered First Mate. This offer is not applicable to bookings made through a Tour Operator. For approved bookings that are partially paid, Sailor will have Voyage Fare discounted to reflect the difference in price. For approved bookings that are fully paid, Sailor will receive a payment Future Voyage Credit to reflect the difference in price.

3.3. Virgin Voyages will only match Voyage Fare. Bundled rates are not applicable. Form requests must be submitted in the same currency in which the voyage was purchased in order to be eligible.

This is a dual offer consisting of (1) a 70% discount for a second sailor on eligible voyages in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and (2) a balcony upgrade for eligible voyages for select cabins from 2024 through 2026. 2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased between 12:00 a.m. EDT on 01 August 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 29 August 2024 for an Eligible Voyage. Eligible Voyages for the Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off voyage fare, are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages sailing between 01 August 2024 and 26 April 2026 inclusive. 3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The “August 2024 Discount Offer” is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer.” At its discretion, Virgin Voyages may offer special deals for future voyages to passengers (referred to as “Sailors” in these terms ) embarked onboard any Virgin Voyages ship. 

1.1. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is exclusively available to Sailors while they are embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. The My Next Virgin Voyage Offer will not be available to any Sailor who did not register while they were onboard the ship; that is, the Offer is not extendable to a Sailor once they disembark.

1.2. A $150 USD deposit is required to register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer in the form of a Placeholder booking. A Sailor also has the option to make a deposit of 20% of their voyage fare if they know the date in which they’d like to sail on their future booking. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. To be clear, this means that the deposit amount in currencies other than USD will fluctuate based on the currency exchange rate, which is updated monthly. Payments for deposits will be accepted in the form of personal credit or debit card; existing Future Voyage Credits, Sailor Loot and Corporate Cards are not accepted forms of payment. The payor of the My Next Virgin Voyage offer must be presently embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. A Placeholder booking will secure a prospective booking for the Sailor in a future voyage within a two booking window. The booking window is a two year period from the day the Sailor makes their deposit.

1.2.1. Sailors will receive “Sailor Loot” (the Virgin Voyages’ term for onboard credit) on their Next Virgin Voyage depending on the length of voyage booked. The Sailor Loot values are as follows:

• For voyages ranging from 4- to 5-nights, Sailors will receive a $150 USD onboard credit. 
• For voyages ranging from 6- to 8-nights, Sailors will receive a $200 USD onboard credit. 
• For voyages that are 9-nights or longer, Sailors will receive a $250 USD onboard credit. 

Sailor Loot credits will only be applicable on the voyage date booked with the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer. Sailor Loot credits cannot be rolled over for Sailors sailing back to back on consecutive voyages. Any unused Sailor Loot will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Sailor Loot will always be provided in USD as this is the local currency of all Virgin Voyages vessels.

1.2.2. Sailors will also receive a discount on the final invoiced voyage fare total prior to the application of taxes and fees. The voyage fare discount values are as follows:

• For voyages ranging from 4- to 5-nights Sailors will receive a $150 USD, or currency equivalent, discount. 
• For voyages ranging from 6- to 8-nights, Sailors will receive a $200 USD, or currency equivalent, discount. 
• For voyages that are 9-nights or longer, Sailors will receive a $250 USD, or currency equivalent, discount. 

1.2.3. Sailings less than four (4) nights are excluded from the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer. Virgin Voyages holds the right to exclude certain sailings from the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer at any time.

1.2.4. If booking in other currencies other than US Dollars, the discount value of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer will be converted via a list of preset values as follows:

Voyage Fare Discount Preset Currency Conversion:

• 4- to 5-night voyages ($150 USD discount) — CAD $205, GBP £120, EUR €140, AUD $225 and NZD $245
• 6- to 8-night voyages ($200 USD discount) — CAD $270, GBP £160, EUR €185, AUD $300 and NZD $325
• 9-night or longer voyages ($250 USD discount) — CAD $340, GBP £200, EUR €230, AUD $375 and NZD $410

1.3. A Sailor can register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer with the Future Voyage Sales Team in the “Get Lost” sales space aboard a Virgin Voyages ship or directly online at https://www.virginvoyages.com/my-next-virgin-voyage, which is also reachable via a link on the Virgin Voyages Sailor App.

1.4. The Sailor has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A Sailor who fails to book and sail within this 2-year time period forfeits the $150 USD deposit paid, the future Sailor Loot credit and the future voyage fare discount. The Offer will automatically expire at the two (2) year mark.

1.4.1. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $150 USD deposit.

1.4.2. Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage discount and sailor loot.

1.5. After registration is complete, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.

1.6. Sailors are eligible for a one (1) time voyage date change. If a Sailor originally selects a 4- to 5-night voyage and later changes to a 6- to 8- night voyage, the “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer will be automatically updated to the respective offer value associated with the voyage length. 

1.7. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is subject to all restrictions and exclusions set forth in Section 2 below. 

2. Exclusions/Caveats.

2.1. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer can be combined with most other offers, programs, and/or promotions. Virgin Voyages will be able to inform the Sailor booking a future voyage what combinable offers are eligible or available, if any, once the specific future voyage is booked. Without a future voyage date, Virgin Voyages is unable to assess eligible combinable offers.

2.2. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is not combinable with deeply discounted rates (including but not limited to Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates, Lock It In Rates, Free Access Key Promotions, First Mate Exclusive Sailor Loots, Contracted Group Rates, Affinity Circle Sailor Loot, Interline Rates, Tour Operator Promotional Net Rates, Florida Resident Rates, Best Price Guarantee, etc.).

2.3. Only one (1) My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Holiday Offer, and The “Extend the Glow” Offer.

2.4. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is applicable to new bookings only. This excludes the application to retroactively applying the offer to previous bookings.

2.5. Each Sailor is eligible to register for a total of four (4) My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offers. A $150 USD or currency equivalent deposit is required per offer.

2.6. Upon redemption of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer registration, or “Placeholder,” the currency originally used for the deposit payment will carry over to the newly converted booking. The currency exchange rate will be based on the purchase date of the “My Next Virgin Voyage” Onboard Offer Placeholder.

2.7. Sailors do not have to pick a specific voyage date while onboard. As noted above in section 1.4 a Sailor has a two (2) year window to redeem this Offer and sail by converting the Placeholder Booking to an active booking. The Sailor’s future voyage date must commence on or before the two year expiry date.

2.8. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date. The new voyage date selected must fall within two years from placement of the Sailor’s original Placeholder Booking.

2.9. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Onboard Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.

2.10. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer applies solely to “The Sea Terrace” cabins and above categorized cabins/suites on the future voyage. Sailors must choose a cabin category for their future voyage upon redemption of the Offer in order to participate in this Offer. Cabin categories are as follows in decreasing order of precedence:

2.11. Sailors may not downgrade to a Sea Terrace: (Slightly) Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Lock It In Rate cabin, The Sea View, Solo Sea View, Sea View Lock It In Rate, The Insider, Solo Insider, or Insider Lock It In Rate cabin at a later date.

2.12. Sailors may upgrade to a higher category, subject to availability. They may also participate in Level Upgrade bidding, subject to Virgin Voyages opening of that separate offer.

2.13. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.
 
2.14. Once a My Next Virgin Voyage Placeholder is converted to a Ship & Sail Date, the reservation cannot be reverted back to a Placeholder after the voyage has been selected. Once converted, the reservation will then follow the standard booking policies and may be changed up to one (1) time to a different voyage date.

3. Applicability to Travel Agents.

3.1. Travel Agents registered with Virgin Voyages (i.e., “First Mates”) whose clients are registered for the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer will receive commission in accordance with their First Mates’ agreement with Virgin Voyages, unless their client expressly opts out of doing so. Commission will be paid on the net voyage fare their client pays, one hundred twenty (120) days prior to their client’s future voyage.

3.2. Commissionable voyage fare would be reduced by USD $150, USD $200 or USD $250, or currency equivalent values, depending on the voyage length booked with the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer. The discount value of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is non-commissionable.

3.3. Any promotional Sailor Loot credit given with this offer is also non-commissionable. 

3.4. A Note on Legacy Offers.  

3.4.1. Any Sailors who have purchased a previous version of the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Offer, “The Lasting Glow” Holiday Offer, and The “Extend the Glow” Offer will not be impacted by these offer terms and conditions. Previous offer values and terms will be honored if purchased prior to July 31, 2024. 1.2. Effective June 5, 2024 through September 30, 2024, the Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer consists of a $300 USD Onboard Credit, applicable towards the purchaser’s future voyage. Individuals may reserve the Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer by placing a $300 USD deposit, which will act as a Placeholder reservation.

1.3. A $300 USD deposit is required to register for the Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer in the form of a “Placeholder” booking. Persons also have the option to make a deposit of 20% of their voyage fare if they know the date in which they’d like to sail on their future booking. Payments for deposits will be accepted in the form of personal credit or debit card. Existing Future Voyage Credits, Sailor Loot, and Corporate Cards are not accepted forms of payment. A Placeholder booking will secure a prospective booking for a future voyage within a two-year booking window. The booking window is a two year period from the day an individual makes their deposit.  

1.4. Individuals will also receive a $300 USD onboard credit (that is, “Sailor Loot” in our marketing voice) on the voyage they book using their Placeholder booking. 

1.5. One may register for the Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer by calling Virgin Voyages Sailor Services or directly online via the website link virginvoyages.com/amazonlive.

1.6. A purchaser of this Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer  has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A purchaser who fails to book and sail within this 2-year time period forfeits the $300 USD deposit paid, the future Sailor Loot credit and the future voyage fare discount. The Offer will automatically expire at the two (2) year mark.

1.7. Individuals who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $300 USD deposit.

1.8. Individuals who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the Amazon Live “The Lasting Glow” Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage discount and Sailor loot.

1.9. After registration is complete, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the purchaser selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Virgin Voyages Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.

2. Exclusions / Caveats.

2.1. Combining with Other Offers. 2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible new bookings are those purchased between 12:01 a.m. EDT on 17 May 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 31 May 2024.

Pricing is as followed:

• $1000 RockStar Quarters
• $2500 Mega Rockstar Quarters

See Section 2 below for Eligible Voyages. This “Alaska Front(ier) of The Line” Offer is subject to all restrictions and exclusions set forth in Section 3 below.

2. Eligibility. Eligible Voyages are those sailing between 11 May 2026 and 24 October 2026 on the Brilliant Lady vessel only, subject to availability on a first come basis, and does not guarantee a spot on the MerMaiden voyage.

3. Caveats.

3.1. “Alaska Front(ier) of The Line” Offer is not available for, or combinable with, Virgin Voyages’ Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs, Chartered Voyages, or Tour Operator bookings. 
 
3.2. We are unable to apply the “Alaska Front(ier) of The Line” Offer to existing bookings (no cancellations or rebooking allowed). Application for placeholder will only be applicable for these Alaska sailings.

3.3. Deposit is fully refundable up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the last voyage departing Seattle in 2026. Any unused placeholders will be auto-refunded after the final voyage of the 2026 Seattle season.

1. The Brilliant 4 You Pass (“Package”) is available in limited supply for new eligible bookings made after 12:01 a.m. local US east coast time on Wednesday, 08 May 2024 and 11:59 p.m. local US east coast time on Wednesday, 03 September 2025 (“Offer Period”) for voyages on board the Brilliant Lady during each of the four following MerMaiden itineraries:

2. The cost for all of the eligible voyages for the Brilliant 4 You Pass is at the following price per double-occupancy cabin, inclusive of taxes and fees (each a “Voyage Fare”):

• US $40,000.00 (for RockStar Quarters cabin) (inclusive of taxes & fees)
• US $22,000.00 (for Central Sea Terrace cabin) (inclusive of taxes & fees)

3. A voyage booking is only eligible for the Package (each an “Eligible Voyage”) if: 

• it is a new booking onboard the Virgin Voyages’ ship Brilliant Lady made during the Offer Period for one of the Voyage Periods listed above; 
• the booking is for the double occupancy Seriously Suite Cabin;
• the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) for all four itineraries in the Voyage Period remains the same (the secondary passenger may change between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy);
• the booking deposit (25% of total cost) is paid in full at time of reservation;
• the booking is paid for in full by October 1, 2024; 
• inventory still exists; and
• the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking.

4. Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive access to the following exclusive perks for the “Brilliant 4 You Pass” when booked in RockStar Quarters:

• RockStar Quarters benefits
• 1x Shore Thing on each voyage
• Exclusive invites to our launch events in New York City, Miami and LA

Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive access to the following exclusive perks for the “Brilliant 4 You Pass” when booked in Central Sea Terrace cabins:

• 1x Shore Thing (that is, a shore excursion) on each voyage
• Exclusive invitations to our launch events in New York City, Miami and LA
• Welcome bottle of bubbles in cabin (on every voyage)

5. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis for the Voyage Periods listed above. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. Voyage Periods cannot be modified. Voyage protection (i.e., travel insurance) will be available on a per voyage basis.  

6. All cancellations, including no shows, are non-refundable (save taxes & fees). 

7. Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

8. 2.1. Early Access Offer is available for purchase only by sailors previously displaced on one of the original Brilliant Lady Mermaiden sailings: specifically the 24 December 2023 voyage or 30 December 2023 voyage.

2.2. Sailor has the ability to book and guarantee their originally booked cabin category during the early access period from 01 May 2024 12:00 a.m. local US east coast time until 07 May 2024 11:59 p.m. local US east coast time, then again in another window from 29 October 2024 8:00 a.m. local US east coast time until 31 October 2024 8:00 a.m. local US east coast time. If booking is made on or past 08 May 2024 12:00 a.m. local US east coast time, or for the latter window, on or past 31 October 8:00 a.m. local US east coast time, Virgin Voyages is unable to guarantee the original cabin category. Sailor is eligible for level upgrades after 08 May 2024 12:00 a.m. local US east coast time and after 31 October 8:00 a.m. local US east coast time.

2.3. “Early Access” Offer ends at midnight twenty seven (27) days after the release of the Seattle MerMaiden's sail date (31 May 2026).
