How do I add hotel reservations to my existing booking?
If you’re looking to book your entire trip in one step, get in touch with our Sailor Services Crew via phone, email, or chat. Please note that hotels cannot be booked within 45 days prior to sailing.
Does Virgin Voyages offer complimentary transfers when booking a hotel?
At this time, we do not offer transfers when booking a hotel through Virgin Voyages.
Can I use my Future Voyage Credits to book hotels?
Yes, Sailors can use Payment FVC towards booking Hotels - not Discount FVC.
How can I make changes to my existing hotel reservation?
If you need to make changes to your existing hotel reservation, here are a few things you need to know:
Dates can be changed up until 45 days prior to sailing (subject to availability) and applicable price changes will apply. If the sailing is within 45 days no changes or new hotel bookings can be made.
Name changes on a hotel booking can be made up until 45 days prior to the voyage. If it is within 45 days special requests must be made. Be sure to give our Sailor Services a ring at 954-488-2955 to make any modifications.

Sailors are not able to upgrade at this time.
How can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Sailors must contact Sailor Services prior to 45 days before arrival. Sailors are unable to cancel reservations within 45 days prior to arrival.
Why aren’t there more hotel options available? Can I book any hotel located in the homeport?
Currently, we are offering 2 property options at each port. Yes, Sailors are able to book their own properties but they will not get the same rate via Virgin Voyages.
How many people can be added to my hotel reservation?
Up to 2 Sailors per room.
What is the booking policy for hotels?
Bookings must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival.
Will I receive a booking confirmation for my hotel stay?
Yes, Sailors will receive a confirmation from Virgin Voyages.
Who do I contact if I have a special request for my hotel stay?
Sailors should contact Sailor Services and the request will be made to Crew and Sailor Travel.

We continue to expand our airline partners to get you where you need to go.
What is the booking policy for air?
Rules vary depending on the type of fare booked.
Will I receive a booking confirmation for my air reservation?
Yes, once your flights are good to go, Sailors will receive a confirmation from Virgin Voyages.
Does Voyage Protection also include air?
Yes, we’ve got you covered.
Can I request flight seat assignments through you?
Sailors interested in selecting their seat assignment must do so directly with the airline.
How do I claim my frequent flyer miles?
Frequent flyer miles can only be claimed by directly contacting the airline.
Can I upgrade my flights?
We currently do not offer flight upgrades.
